Updating Your Billing Preferences
To access your billing preferences, you will need to log into our Customer Hub, which is hosted outside of the flexvid.io platform.
To log in your flexvid.io Customer Hub, click here. Once there, enter the email address you use to log into your flexvid.io account. You will be emailed a 1-click link to log into your Customer Hub. There is no need to remember usernames or passwords for your Customer Hub.
Next, click 'Subscriptions' and 'View'.
From there, you can update your billing information by clicking the 'Update card info' button.
Please note that all of our payment processing and invoicing goes through our third-party shopping cart software, ThriveCart. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
