Downloading Your Invoices

All of your invoices are emailed at the beginning of each billing period and may be downloaded by clicking 'Download PDF' at the bottom of the email. Please make sure to whitelist '[email protected]' to ensure that receipts don't go to spam. 

To access your invoices online, you will need to log into our Customer Hub, which is hosted outside of the platform.

To log in your Customer Hub, click here. Once there, enter the email address you use to log into your account. You will be emailed a 1-click link to log into your Customer Hub. There is no need to remember usernames or passwords for your Customer Hub.


Next, click 'Subscriptions', 'View', and 'View Invoice'. 




From there, you can download your invoice by clicking the 'Download PDF' button at the bottom of the popup. 


Please note that all of our payment processing and invoicing goes through our third-party shopping cart software, ThriveCart. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
